Tiffany Haynes, MSN, RN, CHPN

Tiffany Haynes joined NCHHHA in 2017 as the Director of Hospice. She obtained her Hospice and Palliative Care certification in 2018 and formed a grass roots Palliative Care program at NCHHHA in 2019. In 2020 she was promoted to CEO and President of the Agency. Tiffany has her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing from Saint Anselm College, as well as her Master's of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Health Care Systems Leadership from Norwich University. Tiffany serves on the Board of the Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance of New Hampshire as well as the Rural Healthcare Network and the North Country Health Consortium.

Tiffany is a lifelong resident of the North Country and currently lives in Lisbon. She is the proud Mom of three kids and a chocolate lab, Moose. Tiffany enjoys cooking, photography, traveling, and camping at the lake with her friends and family.

Jessica Foster-Hebert, RN, CHHCM, CHCM

Jessica Foster-Hebert has been a member of the NCHHHA Senior Leadership Team since 2019. She has served as the QA & Long-Term Care Supervisor as well as the Director of Nursing until her promotion to Director of Home Health in early 2021. Jessica holds a degree in Nursing from White Mountains Community College. Currently Jessica holds a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma and is PICC Certified. Her prior experience before joining NCHHHA was in Oncology/Hematology and Urology. She also serves as an active member of the NCH CNO/CMO Group and NCH Clinical Skills Development Team. Jessica also holds a certification in Just Culture and serve as a Just Culture Champion for the NCH System.

Jessica is a lifelong resident of the North Country currently living in Littleton. She is the loving Mom of two daughters and a Yellow Lab. Jessica enjoys all things agriculture, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Alyssa Lennon, BSN,RN,CHPN

Alyssa Lennon has been a member of the NCHHHA senior team since 2021. She serves as the Director of Hospice and Palliative Care. Alyssa has her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern New Hampshire University and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse. Alyssa started her nursing career in 2012 and has enjoyed exploring different facets of nursing before finding her passion in hospice and palliative care.

Alyssa Lennon, BSN,RN,CHPN

Alyssa is a lifelong resident of the North Country and currently resides in Lancaster with her husband and children. Alyssa’s interests include traveling with her family, cooking, coaching her daughter’s softball team, and exploring the many beaches on the east coast.
